  • Traffic source — the platform you arrived from (e.g. Facebook, Pinterest, or direct). This is inferred automatically from your browser's referrer header and is used only for aggregate analytics to understand which channels are most effective. It is never shared with third parties.

We do not collect your phone number, mailing address, payment details, or any other sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information above is used exclusively to:

  • Deliver the free Earthly Cure Garden Starter Guide PDF you requested.
  • Send you a short series of follow-up emails with herbal gardening tips and resources related to your quiz results.

6. Email Verification & Magic Links

When you submit the quiz opt-in form, we generate a one-time magic linkand email it to you. This link is the only way to access your personalised quiz results and download your free PDF guide. Magic links are designed with the following security properties:

  • Single-use — each link can only be clicked once. After it is used, it is permanently invalidated.
  • 24-hour expiry — links expire automatically 24 hours after they are created. Expired links cannot be used and are not recoverable.
  • Rate-limited resends — you may request a new link if yours expires, but resends are limited to prevent abuse.

Magic link tokens are stored in our database solely to validate your identity when you click the link. They are not shared with any third party.

7. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. Anonymous quiz answers and traffic source data may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics purposes. Magic link tokens are retained in our database after use or expiry for a short period for audit and abuse-prevention purposes, after which they may be purged. If you unsubscribe, your name and email address are removed from our active mailing list promptly. You may also request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

9. Children's Privacy
